CS Partners is a firm advocate for professional development.  If the mission of a school is to be achieved, instructional methods must be selected that match that mission and all staff must be trained in those methods.  In the schools we currently manage, the teachers and support staff report for work up to two weeks before school starts to allow for adequate planning and training time.  We also conduct two-day staff retreats twice during each school year.   It has been our practice to bring in top-notch outside trainers to meet specific school improvement goals.

We have an arrangement with Madonna University to provide graduate credit for the training we provide or arrange for at our schools.
